Georgia Salpa and her husband Joe Penna reportedly used a surrogate mother to give birth to her twin boys.
The Mirror claims a source close to the 31-year-old model revealed the news, saying: 'Georgia’s twins were born with the help of a surrogate.
'The surrogate was arranged in the US and she is over the moon to have two healthy, happy baby boys.'

MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Georgia for comment.
The paper adds that it is believed that Georgia and Joe sought help from a surrogacy clinic in a state whose laws would allow them both to be identified as the parents.
The Irish model, who also goes by her married name Penna, shocked fans when she revealed on Sunday that she's now a mother to twin boys - without ever showing any sign of being pregnant.
Georgia said in a statement: 'Delighted with the arrival of twin boys, the most special perfect little babies and we are so in love with them.

'I won't be posting any photos of them on social media as I'd like to keep them private.'
As soon as she shared her happy news on Twitter, fans rushed to point out that she's never once been seen with a baby bump on her Instagram page, which she usually updates around once a week.
The Greek-born model who grew up in Ireland also hit back at a claim published in a Sunday newspaper, saying: 'They are NOT adopted.'

Georgia, who appeared in Celebrity Big Brother in 2012 and married millionaire hedge fund manager Joe Penna in March this year, did not make clear when her baby boys had arrived.
But it's believed she welcomed them at some point in the last two months, and she was pictured pushing a double pram around London this week.
The reality star tied the knot with her billionaire fiancé Joe Penna in Portofino, Italy, in a private ceremony attended by friends and family.
Taking to Twitter afterwards, Georgia wrote: ‘Truly the most magical, romantic perfect weekend. We couldn't have wished for a more amazing wedding.
She added: ‘It was a fairytale, and in every way a dream come true! Thank you so much to all our family and friends for making it so special for us.’
The Irish Sun reported that Salpa had seven bridesmaids - including model Michele McGrath, Fade Street’s Louise Johnston, model Louise Kavanagh and her best friend Maurice Flynn.
